At Level 2 participants improve people skills in specific areas. Managers and employees learn to apply knowledge of personality type to actual work situations. Each Skill Builder class allows participants to see personality type differences in action as they master techniques for improving results with all types of people. 

Success with People - Level 2: Skill Builders - Success with Communication

3-hour workshop
Class size is limited to 10-25 people
Level 1- Understanding Personality Types - is a prerequisite

Effective communication is vital to success. But talking and listening doesn’t always lead to understanding. Find out how personality impacts communication as you discover why some people want to “talk things out” while others need to “think it through”. Explore hidden agendas that impede understanding and how to adapt your communication style to a variety of situations.

3-hour workshop
Class size is limited to 10-25 people
Level 1- Understanding Personality Types - is a prerequisite

Working effectively with co-workers is critical to job satisfaction and overall success of any work group. Teamwork is possible when individuals understand what motivates co-workers and the strengths and weaknesses of different personality types on teams. Learn how to manage hot buttons and profit from diversity for optimum results.

Customer behavior provides clues to their personality type and expectations. Learn down-to-earth strategies for building trust, determining customer needs, suggesting a course of action and finding agreement. Adapt your personal style to meet customer expectations and build lasting relationships.
